Returns + Exchanges

Return Policy:

We offer no-hassle, easy returns & exchanges. Please read our return policy below to proceed with a return:

  • All returns must be received within 30 days of the original delivery date.
  • Sale items and earrings are final sale & cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Tarnished chain + findings cannot be returned or exchanged. Most metals will tarnish naturally over time, and we cannot fully guarantee if something will tarnish or not. Tarnished chain is not considered a damaged or defective item.
  • All items must be returned in their original, unworn, unused, and smoke-free condition.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Return Instructions:
  1. Please review our Return & Exchange Policy above to make sure you have met all the return requirements. Items returned that do not meet all the return requirements will not be accepted & additional postage fees will be due to have the item returned to you.
  2. Pack your item(s) securely, and complete the return form that was included with your order for the product(s) you wish to return. Please send to our mailing address listed on the return form.

Exchange Instructions:

    1. Please review our Return & Exchange Policy above to make sure you have met all the return requirements. Items returned that do not meet all the return requirements will not be accepted & additional postage fees will be due to have the item returned to you.

    3. Please place a new order on our website for the item(s) you wish to exchange. 
    4. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and all returns must be received within 30 days of the original delivery date.

    We highly recommend using a trackable return method. Once we receive your package, your return will be processed and we will send a confirmation email. Please allow up to 3 weeks for us to receive and process your return. The original form of payment will be credited. Please note that it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card/bank statement.

    Damaged or defective items:

    If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days for a full refund. Notification past the 30 day return window will not be eligible for a refund. Please email our customer service team at colinettesupplies@gmail.com prior to returning any damaged or defective items. Customer Service is available Monday thru Friday 10am-5pm EST.
